Add a search for archived campaigns

When going to the list of archived campaigns it's hard to find an older campaign with the infinite scroll

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Go to Campaigns and select "Archived"
2. Add a search function so that you can search through these archived campaign records

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Using a campaign tracker spreadsheet
• Message Review --> Archived on --> Search for name/id (assuming they're looking up by one of these and not other info) --> use id in URL

Another client has requested this feature be added.

I think this is addressed by #1641, unless we need to extend this functionality to users who don't have admin privileges
