Currently the ground surfaces are not considered in the calculation of the product sum of the heat transfer rate. The decision has not been made yet. The ticket will stay backlog in case we need to add ground surfaces.

Based on ECB interpretation, the indirectly conditioned space shall consider slab on grade in the overall UA but not C-factor. - we will need to confirm with the team how to convert F-factor to overall UA.
