What did you do?

$ bin/tidb-dashboard

What did you expect to see?

TiDB Dashboard UI works

What did you see instead?

UI cannot work, always showing "Error: Invalid Semantic Version".

What version of TiDB Dashboard are you using (./tidb-dashboard --version)?
