Option to hide ignored notifications in Notification Log

I received an email requesting that the notification log doesn't show ignored notifications.

I agree that it would be useful. Though, since the log is also intended to help users determine why a notification was ignored and long-pressing a log entry allows toggling the ignore status of an app, hiding them should be optional.

The setting should be preserved.
