Treat individual conversations as seperate notifications

I've noticed that when I receive for example a new WhatsApp or telegram message, it will read out all my unread messages instead of just the one that was recieved at that moment.

It looks like voice notify is picking up all of an app's conversations as a single notification. Ideally it would treat each conversation as it's own notification stream. (not sure what the correct terminology is here)
