Feature request via email:

I need to have certain alerts (e.g., Smartthings), based on text, observe DND rules separately.

This could be useful for myself:
Some important notifications from Home Assistant, such as "leak detected", should be spoken even if the device is in silent/vibrate mode.
Less important notifications from the same app, such as "washing machine completed", should only be spoken when the device is not in silent/vibrate mode.
This isn't something that per-app settings would effectively resolve.
