Currently haipera gives the warning:

Do you want to overwrite it? (y/n): 

There are two issues:

1. In the haipera-calls-haipera situation (haipera run script.py and in script.py call haipera run script2.py), the Do you want to overwrite it? (y/n): is printed after input block:

Warning: Configuration file test.toml already exists
y
Do you want to overwrite it? (y/n): 

2. Is it possible to disable this warning so batch jobs are not blocked?
