Why were you trying to install platform keys and not using a normal installation of Windows?

Sounds like you may need to remove the SSD and place it as a slave into another PC, wipe the disk, and reinstall from scratch?

Pinning this to increase visibility as I suspect many people will try to enable secure boot in order to install Windows 11.

either you have warranty and RMA if possible

i wonder where is the key stored at, if is in TPM/fTPM SPI flash bios does not change much

unless we can have a ROM version that patch the secure boot option default as false
then SPI flash the rom chip to unbrick.

I just upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11 without any workarounds.

It seems that secure boot only needs to be supported but does not need not be turned on.
