After installing the official version of macOS13, the iPhone cannot be used normally as a camera, and the iPhone camera cannot be launched from the Mac with a high probability, which will not occur in the beta version

Check this link https://www.iphonetricks.org/continuity-camera-not-working-ventura-fix/. It fixes this issue in my case by connecting a cable between iPhone and the Mac.
