Some CRISPR arrays predicted by PILER-CR seem to have (unlike others) an uneven number of spacers and repeats. These cases as reported in #265 were not covered by Bakta's parsing logic and internal organization.
This is now fixed by an improved regex-based parser and an internal fix.
