Change documentation to reflect the current condition

I think, we better change the documentation because the documentation doesn't reflect the current condition anymore, for example "This project offers an improved, redesigned and cleaned fork of the original sources." .. this is not reflect the current situation, for example the plate_top.dxf appear in sources_inkscape and sources_openscad , this mess can really confuse when you are trying to sourcing all parts.
