   Fix DriverOnboarding verifyRC function by adding support for a hardcoded vehicle variant passed from the dashboard. When calling verifyRC, pass the hardcoded vehicle variant instead of using the one coming from IDFY.

   • Added support for a hardcoded vehicle variant passed from the dashboard by including it as a parameter in verifyRC.
   • In the verifyRC function, updated the implementation to use the hardcoded vehicle variant if passed, otherwise use the variant coming from IDFY.

7. Add support to send message for non smartphone users in dashboard onboarding, ride end, start etc cases

8. Added new ride created metrics in VM for business metrics based alerts
