Added dashboard APIs and fix search try issues

1. Add special location tag in rideList API
2. Fix search request expiry issue
3. Make auto assign null in case customer don't request for the ride
4. Add merchantId column in BAP and BPP tables
   a. BPP: booking_cancellation_reason, search_request_for_driver, search_try, ride, driver_information
   b. BAP: booking_cancellation_reason, driver_offer, estimate, ride
5. Add total view count in message section
6. Added name and mobile number of customer in issue list API of BAP dashboard
7. Renamed few fields in rideInfo API of BAP dashboard and added actual distance
8. Added date filter to rideList API BAP dashboard
9. Added provider dashboard apis to update driver extra fee bounds policy
