Context:
Our application for local commerce usage (fruit shops, lawyers, etc) was created a while ago and many of the changes we have made to stores have not been implemented. Additionally, we want to make some improvements to make it more viable as a tool that stores use regularly and happily.
Problems:
Implement features in the app that we have already implemented in the web version
Implement new features that are upcoming on the platform
Current App Interface
Proposal for new interface
Main Pages:
Home:
Top Left: Today - orders done or to be done today
Top Right: Upcoming - orders for the future (tomorrow +)
Bottom Left: Past - Orders
Bottom Right: - Orders that have an attached incident
Bottom: Business account settings page (differentiated from user settings in the left menu since they are different activities)
Stats
Exactly stats to be determined, but probably at least:
Saved Orders
Saved Orders and Recurrent Orders
Top Left: Saved orders list and a button to copy them
Top Right: Recurrent orders list
Bottom Left: Rule settings page
Bottom Right: - Characteristics page (can be edited)
Saved Clients
Saved Clients
Top Left: List of saved clients with search and "make a new client" button
Top Right: Editing page of a client
Bottom Left: New client (or editing page of existing client) delivery info page
Bottom Right: - New client (or editing page of existing client) package info page (optional - would automatically use those characteristics when selecting this client when creating an order)
Search
Searching stuff related to the business: clients and orders
Top Left: Main search page
Top Right: Example of a search with letters
Bottom Left: Example of a search with numbers
Creating a new order
Process is different for a single order than a multiorder to limit confusion for simple orders but allow complexity for multidropoff
When you click on an order
1st row: three examples of order histories for different types of situations + order characteristics (one is what happened, the other is characteristics of the order like products and time ranges)
2nd row: Cancelling, saving, copying and turning into a recurrent rule
3rd row: configuration pages for recurrent rules
Config
Separate business acount config into the home page of the business account part, and the platform stuff into the left menu
Demo!
Check out this demo, its best done on your phone in the Figma app
Remember! It's supposed to be ugly! The question right now is about workflow and features

And in web (a bit less developed, idea is its the same basically). In web, click "fit to width" in the menu in the top right
