The universe is the web on galaxies.
So simple. Objective observation everywhere and always.
Model needs only some minor changes to GR. Time is not a dimension, no beginning, eternal time. Space 4D, fixed radius, boundless. No expansion, expansion is superficial, not needed at all. Bangs are local.
