First stable release

As we have finished the work on documentation and I am happy with the general module structure, I was thinking about publishing a first stable release and getting rid of the 'ugly' leading 0 in the version number 😉.

I have created a list of issues, that would need to be done before we get to a Version 1.0.0. The focus is mainly on changes that need modifications of the modules architecture or file structure, but are able to be completed in a short timespan.

Small things can always be added in minor versions and the bigger changes like using xarrays are more suitable for a version 2.

Point is, how do you think about this and do you have any other things you want to change before stabilising the internal structure.
