Pb with render remote data

Hi everyone,

I've a problem with render remote data.
I've a select empty and I want to fill it with remote data get by get request on the getStreet.php page.
This page return this :

Then i've this code for complete my select :

I don't understand what is the problem.

It's good now.

But I've another problem.
I need to save 2 values for each option.

Is it possible ?
