Do you think we can add a search endpoint to search any FHIR adapted resources.

Context

• We have some FHIR adapted resources e.g practitioners, tasks that have a get all endpoint. Currently, the get all endpoint has a page size limit of 1000 results.
• Does it make sense for us to implement a search endpoint to enable quick finding of a given object other than having to implement pagination then search through the resulting arrays/result?
