I think it'd be useful if a bot's word count comments could carry warning emojis about paper length. E.g. for JOSS, where the word count should not be "significantly longer than 1000 words", we could have ⚠️ for 1000-2000 words and 🚨 for 2000+ or something.
I realise this probably needs to be configurable because different journals will have different maximum word counts.

If someone points me in the rough direction of where the relevant messages are generated I can have a go at a PR myself but I don't speak Ruby and didn't easily find it on my own.
