Hey first of all I'm really glad someone was able to figure out the missing pieces from GOG.

This will revive this game probably and we are able to fix some of the issues this game had.
I'm not a C/C++/C# programmer, but i think we can at least improve some balancing points /limits.
For example set the difficulty table in player.cpp For use with routes and some other stuff in the higher difficulties.
Let the bots use Tanks, Routes, Designer etc.
As well as raising the the limit for applicants per day, so that you later on dont have to wait weeks to get your 600people plane staffed.

Regarding the last point: It is not only the number of applicants, but also the fact that people you do not hire stay in the pool. As you keep playing and hiring competent staff while rejecting incompetent staff, the candidate pool eventually consists nearly entirely of incompetent candidates.
I have a fix for this locally, in case you are still interested.
