Copy files to docs229, make PDFs, connection diagram #63

As suggested by @charliepnnl it would be great running doit would also copy the files to the docs229 folder and create PDFs of the markdown files (with bookmarks)

In addition, it would great if running doit would also create the connection diagram (see https://github.com/JasonGlazer/jsonSchemaToDot)

jsonSchemaToDot creates a DOT file then I use graphviz to turn the DOT file into PDF with the command line:

dot -Tpdf ASHRAE229connection.gv -o ASHRAE229connection.pdf
