This release mainly contains a change to allow wide-field instruments to use the format, namely the removal of the right ascension / declination pointing coordinates as mandatory and the elevation of the OBS_MODE keyword to a required keyword with defined values.

GADF Version 0.2

This version will be used for the upcoming HESS data release, joint Crab paper. The CTA first data challenge from 2017 has data that's mostly compliant with this spec, i.e. these formats are in use in CTA. We'll archive it on Zenodo.

This is a first tagged version.

It is being used in HESS.
But it is preliminary and incomplete and really needs more work.
