Do we want to keep this image around or delete? At least remove all variants after the v1.0 tag.

This image llm-vllm-hpu stop update since PR 1061 merged.

We have clean up this image in GitHub Repo. But I think we need to keep this docker hub link for some time, in case some user still using the old version from v1.0.
