Picture on the actual blog page

I like the way that pictures are being teasered here: https://codefor.de/blog/

But in my opinion the picture should still appear on the blog subpage as well e.g.: https://codefor.de/blog/Rueckblick-Open-Data-Day.html otherwise users do not see it if they go to the subpage directly for example via Twitter.

I don't know what we have to do to change this, but think it would be a useful improvement.

To circumvent this, some blog posts also add the preview image as part of their posts, i.e. https://github.com/okfde/codefor.de/edit/gh-pages/_posts/2018-11-19-European-Data-Summit-Rufus-Pollock-in-Berlin.md.

We could look into this but I am not sure if it's worth the time. If we now add them automatically, we have to go over all the old posts and remove duplicate images. What do you think?
