Browser source show the entered url.

Current Behavior

Browser source not working anymore.

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a browser source with any url
2. change the url to another url, again again again until the page is not visible anymore
3. the edited browser source and every new browser source will show nothing

I have tested it with 27.2.4 too, same bug.
I can't reproduce it on ubuntu 21.10 with 27.1.3 (i dont know if it's windows or if the version 27.1.3 hasn't the bug)

is fixed after a obs restart and the button "refresh cache of current page" will don't fix the bug.
