Expand release notes

1. Diff of full release is not ideal as it includes imports. Could we add, in addition to full release diff a diff of -simple so that users can see a quick diff of changes that directly affect them.

2. Would also be good to see some summary of content at each release along with the diff of numbers form the last release.

• Number of subclasses of root.
• Number of annotations on CL terms
• Number of synonyms.
• Number of unique references.
• Number of relationships with CL term as subject.
• Number of unique references used to define terms

Add reporting for projects where term tagging is in place. For each of HubMap and CxG:

• how many terms are used.
• How many of those terms are new in this release?
