Having looked at this some more - the solution is to obsolete the term adding
replaced_by to:

id: PATO:0040072
name: high nuclear/cytoplasmic ratio

This PATO term should also be substituted for all uses of "increased nucleus size" in CL, e.g.

meyolobast Equivalent to
(granulocytopoietic cell and has part some basophilic cytoplasm and has part some increased nucleus size and has part some euchromatin (GO) and lacks_part some azurophil granule (GO))

* Import PATO term and substitute axioms

* Obsolete 'increased nuclear size'

* URL as IRI
