When raising the server through the docker, I find a problem. Constant" flashing " of the video.
At the same time, if you use the servers from your example, then there is no such problem.

Only 20MB of RAM is used (16 gigabytes of gigabytes are available) and 0.1% of the CPU capacity.

Can you tell me how I can solve the problem and what capacities are on your servers?
