option for syntax highlighting inline code

add a config option to nuekit to allow highlighting of inline code

This is just an idea, and might be irrlevant, but at some times i want to highlight code inline, if it is just a minimal snippet.

i might make a pr in the future, but i'm currently doing other stuff.

I feel syntax highlighting does not belong there, because it is typically used for individual words and longer expressions are better expressed with a fenced code block. However, I have thought about a specialized "mini processor" in there to give special treatment for things like hex color codes to be associated with a tint
