Rollout Updated Coordinator Layout Changes #309

Related to #307 .

Rollout plan for these changes:

Update Coordinator on lynx (Upgrade lynx Coordinator #312)
Validate existing ritual data stored for lynx can be used
- Ensure old valid rituals still work (ritual id #0)
- Check that stored data for other old (already expired / invalid) rituals is valid
- Fresh ritual on lynx
  - Initiate new ritual on lynx - ritual is successful
  - New ritual can be used for encryption/decryption
Upgrade Coordinator on tapir (Upgrade tapir Coordinator #326)
Deploy on mainnet (Update Coordinator ABI on mainnet registry #335)
Upgrade proxy via Threshold Council
