User story

As a designer, I want to complete recruiting for this next round of research so that we can test our two visual directions (and select a final direction).

Acceptance criteria

  • Determine the channels we want to use for recruiting (Twitter, professional association mailing lists, etc.).
  • Get recruiting messages approved by the NSF team.
  • Determine whether we can use Optimal Workshop for visual preference testing.
  • Prepare supporting documentation (consent form, email templates, tweets, participant spreadsheet, appointments in Google calendar, etc.).

Definition of done

  • Recruiting materials (templates/tweets/etc.) are approved by NSF
  • Initial interviews are scheduled, and members of all teams (NSF, 18F, and CA) are added to the invites.

Shared tweet text + email template text yesterday with @EYWeir, and Ellen gave the thumbs up to use both.

Another update: It seems as though we won't be able to use Optimal Workshop in the super near future (though it may be a possibility for future rounds of testing).
