Jade is deprecated, consider migrating to Pug #137

Jade has been deprecated due to trademark issues with the name. The project is now called pug.

Currently there are 6 templates (of them only 2 are non trivial) written in jade|pug locked in ancient v0.3.5 syntax. I would rather refactor the whole thing out in favor some other more lightweight engine, probably lodash#template
