Feature Request: both paste and save-transcription options

Feature request please:

In the settings there's a toggle that allows the transcription file to be saved in a folder as a note, but if you select that then it no longer pastes at the cursor position. It seems to be an either or. I would ask that we're given the option to allow both.

Paste at cursor position: yes/no.
Save transcription file: yes/no.
