User needs a quick way to have a copy or link to another NGW resource in his Web GIS.

link, like we link a service, no copy is created (NGW client for an NGW server)
fork (essentially a duplicate), create a complete copy of the resource with all dependencies (fork a webmap with layers, fork a layer with styles, fork a folder etc.)
add by URL, simply enter a link to service (QMS, remote file)
add by selecting a name of Web GIS (cloud version) and have all the resources listed with Link/Import button
etc...

...need to provide more specs here...
