Templates other than hello_world can't be sent: "Template name does not exist"

UPDATE - Sorry for posting this issue. This was a mess up on my end and I apologise for it.

But, here is where I messed up. This might help someone in the future.

1. Go to https://business.facebook.com/wa/manage/message-templates and on the top right, upon clicking on the drop down, see if you have a WhatsApp Business Account
2. Select that and check if the template exists there. If it doesn't then that's probably the reason, the API says it doesn't exist.
