Error 110 connecting to redis:6379. Operation timed out.

Just pulled down this repo and tried docker-compose up. Have not been able to hit anything in the browser. Upon investigating (on a new Ubuntu 20.10 install with docker via Snap), it seems Redis isn't accessible - even though it is up.

Fixed it. It was the SNAP version of Docker/Docker-Compose that was installed. I purged all Docker-related packages from Ubuntu 20.10, and installed Docker via the official docker repos, as well as the latest docker-compose from the official repo (via pip).

For the record...
