Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently it datasets command accepts only one taxon. That would be time consuming and inconvenient. Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to do something like this: datasets download virus genome taxon Alphainfluenzavirus,Betainfluenzavirus,Deltainfluenzavirus,Gammainfluenzavirus --filename Influenzaviruses.zip. Or this: datasets download virus genome --taxon Alphainfluenzavirus --taxon Betainfluenzavirus --taxon Deltainfluenzavirus taxon Gammainfluenzavirus --filename Influenzaviruses.zip
Both are good but each has its own advantages and disadvantages.
Thank you
