Extend build script to generate mobile PNGs #106

Build script will need to create PNGs from source SVGs for mobile symbols in a separate mobile symbol folder. Each 20 x 20px SVG will be rendered into three PNGs a 1x, 2x, and 3x resolutions; for example:
