Following the end of life of both Node 16 and OpenSSL 1.1.1

for now : 107 vulnerabilities (84 moderate, 20 high, 3 critical)

after PR => 11 vulnerabilities (5 moderate, 6 high)

More non trivial migrations may be needed :
Vue 2 -> 3 (end of support : December 31st, 2023)
