are there any examples of AKS baseline fully implemented using Bicep / bicep module yaml?

I have seen a few partial examples but some dont include the traffik ingress controller, the Azure application gateway, some dont include Flux Operator, etc.

also is this a good place to ask general questions about the AKS baseline approach?

Not sure if you saw, @llyons, but this repo has been migrated to bicep for all of the Azure resources. Pinging you here just in case you didn't see that yet, as it happened after you asked.
