Some featured projects are not served to Discover route

Something is broken. Not all of the projects that are marked as featured get served to the discover route.

The problem can't be reproduced with the staging DB. So, it might be a problem with the cache on production. Something outside the API with AWS.

I don't see a pattern with the missing projects. None are deleted, two are remixes, some are older than successfully featured projects. My best theory: they were marked as featured later than the other projects. But I can't confirm that.
