2018.10 release

After releasing 2018.04 I decided to have a bit more time to pull bigger features in and so 2018.06 was skipped. I don't want to take the release too long, so I'd like to have 2018.08 as the next release -- i.e., before the end of August. ha no chance.

What needs to be done:

• Everything that's in the 2018.0c milestones and hasn't been postponed (this issue + the stuff below)
  • Provide some basic format / ... enum translation? (Bootstrapping Vulkan support #234)
  • Look into the "corrade module dir not found" fiasco with emscripten and try to find a proper solution (Compiling corrade and magnum separately for web-assembly #283)
  • Cubic Hermite Splines (Cubic Hermite splines #267)
• Spline import in glTF -- mosra/magnum-plugins@0c55e31
• quaternion normalization in glTF -- mosra/magnum-plugins@0ce8456
• AnimationData should have trackTarget() and trackTargetType() because everything else in Trade is like that (instance() and instanceType()). Changing this later would be bad. -- e43d579
• File callbacks for Trade::AbstractImporter (d6189cb)
• Finish initial animation support and merge it to master (Keyframe-based animation support #191)
• glTF animation import (Basic animation import in glTF magnum-plugins#46)
• Improve default visuals of Emscripten apps (mainly: make them responsive and in-line with website design) -- b2cb689, mosra/corrade@8769546
• Create some advanced viewer/player app in the extras repository that's able to load models and play back their animations -- very important to actually verify both the usability of the API and correctness of its behavior (Magnum Player magnum-extras#6)
• Inline math rendering is broken on the website (what the heck did I break this time?!) -- stale cache file, is okay now
• Make the initial Vulkan lib properly compiling on Windows (together with CI setup) -- done in d578d4d and 6f2b115
  • Integrate the barebones Vulkan Triangle example -- mosra/magnum-examples@41c78ef
• Finish Initial HiDPI support (Correct out-of-the-box HiDPI support in SDL, GLFW and Android apps #243)

• Clarify difference between rotationScaling() and rotation() (and uniformScaling()) in the docs (with math eqs) (086ed8a)
• Use T instead of Vector<1, T> in Range1D -- Animation depends on that heavily and [0] is very ugly ... does that break anything? -- 0226ab2
• Move enums inside plugin interface classes outside so they are easier to type (and add deprecated aliases) postponed
• CMake 3.12 doesn't seem to play well with Emscripten (on Windows the platform file is ignored, resulting in wrong file suffixes) can't reproduce
• Oculus SDK 1.4 download fails with 404 now (in case it's not cached by appveyor: https://ci.appveyor.com/project/mosra/magnum-examples/build/master-506/job/63sk22bxtu60c5ot), need to fetch a copy of the latest and store it somewhere privately because the upstream downloaded is behind a wall with barbed wire ughhh (OvrIntegration: Adapt to API changes in Oculus SDK 1.17.0 magnum-integration#26)
• Updates in Find modules so they can find DebugTools and BulletIntegration even without Shapes or other dependencies, even on non-deprecated builds -- 2c56d16

The corrade-rc utility is standalone since mosra/corrade@fb56f72 and it's now also possible to compile only it, without any other libraries -- useful for crosscompiling.

Box2D example integrated in mosra/magnum-examples@62d4712 (docs, web demo), mouse interaction example from mosra/magnum-examples#46 integrated as well (docs). Inline math rendering was broken due to a stale cache file, seems to be okay now.

All demos on http://magnum.graphics/showcase/ are now updated to be DPI-aware. Bug hunting welcome ;)

Magnum::Vk library is now successfully compiling on Windows (and on AppVeyor) since d578d4d and 6f2b115. Thanks goes to @LB-- for figuring out the compiler command line.

@Squareys could you please test CMake 3.12 in combination with Emscripten on Windows? I remember there being issues with platform file ignored and thus no *.bc or *.js files generated. Can't reproduce this on Linux.

Magnum::Ui now works again on 32bit Windows since mosra/corrade@b83c116. (Well, there's still that ugly workaround, but it'll be fixed soon after the release is out. Too fragile to break it again for the release.)

CMake 3.12.3 + Emscripten 1.38.6 worked great for compiling a project that uses Magnum. Or is this about compiling magnum itself?

Compiling Corrade, Magnum, Magnum Plugins and Magnum Integration also worked fine and created .bc files.

With #268 and mosra/magnum-examples#48 integrated it's only Vulkan enum translation and some minor bits missing. Everything else is postponed, otherwise I wouldn't release anything ever. I think I can do this 😱
