Crash when starting a simulation at a future date

Fresh rp1 express install + principia and new save.
when starting the simulation in venus orbit and at a future date the game crashes 4 times out of 5 for me.

The text between parentheses is the flightID of the part being inserted. It is an invariant of KSP (and Principia) that this id is never 0. Please open a bug with the authors of RP-1/Procedural Avionics.
