Document error: wrong optical sensor pin names in schematic in the readme file

In the readme file we have this picture shows the SX1103's schematic connection for A K EC

sche_1103_pins

if we look closely we can see the light emitting diode has E (GND) C (Signal).
which is wrong since the light emitting diode must have A, K, and connect to VCC and a small resistor and GND.

while the Transistor like symbol must have E and C, and connect to a larger value resistor and GND.

Refer to any regular optical sensor's datasheet, ie SX1103's.

That confused me as well, and also in README, there is referenced EE-SX398, which is completely different sensor (twice in size), which led me to ordering wrong part.
