Categorizing CM cache entries

Currently CM has a flat structure for cache entries. It'll be good to categorize the cache entries as follows:

1. Independent (the cache entry is stand alone and OS and ENV independent) - can be safely ported to another system/docker env
2. OS dependent
3. Platform independent but has dependency on other cache entries
4. ...
