Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, the patch miner submodule of GaNDLF only supports a single annotation, which can be cumbersome for multi-label cases.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the ability for a user to select a specific annotation or multiple ones to extract patches and associated annotations from.

Describe alternatives you've considered

N.A.
