Creating a Boundary with same name doesn't clearly report the error

When creating a boundary with the same name as another boundary, an alert box displays with no description and the slide out closes.

The alert is using the older alert method and should be updated to show the return error. Ideally, it would be nice if the slide out doesn't close so we don't have to re-enter the data.
