When we run the course export API, it seems like all the course staff get an email notification.
When we export all the courses from xPRO and Residential on a regular schedule, that makes a lot of emails.
I think email notifications should only be sent on interactive exports through studio, not API-initiated exports.
However, I have heard from many course staff that even the studio-initiated export notifications are unhelpful and unwanted. Maybe there's a way to allow it to be configured, per course or per user?
