Office hours signups - office access

"Is there any way for desk workers without office access to indicate this upon signing up? Maybe they check a box that says they need access and it shows on the calendar as 'Office Hour - Janey (NEEDS ACCESS)' to signal to others that access is needed, and to remove the onus from the desk worker to email out about it."
