Is there an existing issue for this?

  • I have searched the existing issues

What would you like to be added?

Enable param 'common.standalone.manualStartComponent' to config roles, which shoule be blocked to run during start a standalone service. then user can call management api /management/start to manual start a role in standalone service.

Why is this needed?
